| Since 1990 s,China has been in aging society.With the continuous growth of the elderly population,the following decades is a critical period.Chinese elderly population will breach 4 billion,aging level will over 30%.With the aging of population in our country is becoming more and more serious,along with the development of the times and changes in the mode of life,former pension model has been unable to meet the increasingly large elderly population,pension model start to change.In this process,The architecture for aging people can not only stay in the simple needs of the functional needs,but also should pay attention to regional and cultural excavation.However present aging facilities have many problems such as single function,lack of humanistic care and so on,the stereotyped mode of architecture can not meet the spiritual needs of the elderly and the sense of belonging.In design of architecture for elderly people in winter city,the cold environment has a negative impact on the pension behavior,so there are some special features in the design of functional space for the aged buildings in winter city,it should combine with regional and environmental features,enhance the Identifiability and regional expression of aged buildings.This essay focus on aged buildings in winter city,review and analysis the problems of the regional culture expression in the aged buildings,the concept and the significance,based on regional features of winter cities,combine with elder people’s mental and physical needs,arrange the factors influence the expression of the regional culture in winter cities,propose design principles of regional cultural expression of the aged buildings in winter cities: the principle of aging mataining,the principle of ecologica,the principle of suitable cold climate.Finally,combined with the analyzes and summarizes of the cases on aged buildings in winter dities,and dicuss regional culture design strategy on plan,function,environment,in order to offer theory support and practical guidance on Characteristic design of regional climate culture. |
