Research On SACL Risk Management Based On The COSO-ERM

With the development of SACL and the diversification of business,the company's risk data is increasing,so it is urgent to strengthen the risk management.Risk management is an essential part of modern enterprise management.Risk management includes planning risk,identifying risk,implementing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis,risk response and risk control.The goal of risk management is to improve the probability and impact of positive events and reduce the probability and impact of negative events.This paper introduces the basic knowledge of risk management by using the risk management information system,optimizing the risk management organizational structure and other means to improve the efficiency of risk management.Basing on the COSO-ERM,we should stand in the perspective of comprehensive risk management focus on this,this article first discusses the risk classification.Then starting from the ERM framework in the eight elements,combed the risk management process.Analyzing the defects in the current risk management of SACL through the questionnaire survey,and follow the requirements of the COSO-ERM,discussing the improvement measures one by one.Combining the SACL company risk management actual situation with the risk management theoryThe conclusions of this dissertation are as following:(1)Essentially,SACL company risk management is the enterprise management of strategic,operational,financial,market,legal risk of five types,and is the application of comprehensive risk management.We should pay attention to both risk which is found and potential factors;(2)Establishing comprehensive risk management framework is the direction for enterprise risk management development;(3)To establish risk management system is an important part of enterprise risk management,the effect is to build risk management organization structure,solidification process of risk management,to ascend risk management performance through rewards and punishments;(4)The internal environment affect establishing comprehensive risk management framework of the SACL company,the risk management organization structure influence management,risk management is the core of risk management culture;(5)Any part of SACL company risk management cannot be ignored,each part influence each other;(6)Putting forward the suggestions and measures of SACL company to promote the implementation of the comprehensive risk management.
