| Since the 1990 s,with the development and changes of social economy and the constant impact of Black Swan events such as the COVID-19,enterprises are bound to constantly adjust and update their business operation models and improve their risk management capabilities if they want to settle down and continue to develop in an increasingly complex environment.As a new management tool and means,comprehensive risk management is being widely concerned by academia and tested by enterprise practice.Scholars at home and abroad pay more attention to evaluating the effectiveness of enterprise comprehensive risk management.The COSO-ERM(2017)framework released in 2017 is a milestone in the exploration of comprehensive risk management.Based on the fact that the framework has been applied to enterprise comprehensive risk management evaluation at home and abroad,and based on the universality of the framework,this paper believes that it is feasible to use the framework to evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive risk management of Company H.The case company H selected in this paper is located in S City,and its heat exchange equipment manufacturing industry is the "city building industry" of S City.Under the influence of multiple factors such as large downstream market demand and domestic policy support,the heat exchange equipment manufacturing industry has already formed a very severe market competition.H Company is the earliest and oldest heat exchange equipment manufacturer in S City,and also a leading enterprise in the industry,with certain representativeness.Studying how to evaluate the existing comprehensive risk management measures under the impact of the COVID-19,so as to improve their own comprehensive risk management ability,has certain reference significance for other enterprises in the industry.Based on the macroeconomic background,this paper designed and issued a questionnaire to conduct an in-depth investigation on the comprehensive risk management evaluation of H Company,found the internal problems of comprehensive risk management,and explored the necessity of comprehensive risk evaluation of H Company in combination with the changes of internal and external environment.At the same time,based on the COSO-ERM(2017)framework,a comprehensive risk management evaluation system was built for Company H,and the data was integrated using analytic hierarchy process,improved grey relational analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate the comprehensive risk management of Company H.Finally,based on the evaluation results,we analyzed the reasons for their scores and put forward targeted suggestions for the improvement of the comprehensive risk management of H Company,in order to help H Company improve its comprehensive risk management ability and increase its survival guarantee in the period of frequent COVID-19 outbreaks. |
