Research On Quality Management Of S Company Soil Laboratory Project

After the release of "Ten Provisions of Soil ",there is more demand for soil testing.The construction standard of third-party soil testing laboratory is urgently needed.At present,the construction of soil laboratory has the following problems: 1)the quality problem in design,especially the neglect of environmental protection and safety requirements;2)environmental protection and safety not meeting the requirements during operation;3)insufficient laboratory planning leading to limited expansion of laboratory,which cannot adapt to the new requirements.There are few successful cases in the construction of soil laboratory,and the effective quality management methods for the construction of soil laboratory are lacking.This paper,taking the soil laboratory project of S company as an example,summarized a set of quality management methods for the construction fo soil laboratory using the project quality management method.Analyze and classify the quality problems existing in the current laboratory construction process,and find out the causes of the laboratory problems caused by the impact.Taking the soil laboratory of S company as the research object,determine the quality objectives of the soil laboratory project,and build a soil laboratory project that meets the national and industry-related laws,regulations and specifications without exceeding the budget,and require the layout of the laboratory.Reasonable,can pass the environmental protection,safety and CMA assessment and acceptance.Based on the classification of current quality problems in laboratory construction process,by setting the quality oriented goal and using the method of PDCA quality management and project management,the problems of soil laboratory construction in the stages of design,construction process,project inspection and acceptance,and project renovation were solved?The project design stage is mainly the project design plan and project quality management measures.The construction process quality management includes three stages: pre-construction preparation,construction process control and construction completion.The project completion acceptance includes project inspection and project acceptance.Later improvements are a summary and sublimation of the entire project process,and the methods of construction quality management were summarized.
