Promoting high-quality development is the theme of China’s current economic and social development.There are more and more large single building projects in university infrastructure projects,and the functional requirements of engineering design are complex,which require integrated information,intelligence and specialization and other series characteristics.However,the construction difficulty increases with the improvement of design function,which propounds higher demands for the high quality construction of the project.How to build fast and high quality is closely related to a series of measures such as scientific tools and methods of project management.The quality management of infrastructure projects is a century-old plan.Every process from design,construction to delivery needs to be implemented according to industry norms and operating regulations.High-quality and rapid construction propounds higher demands for project quality management.At present,engineering construction quality problems occur from time to time.There are a series of quality problems,such as backward construction technology,formalistic organization and management,poor quality of subcontracting projects,insufficient attention to engineering quality,and so on.The construction of large-scale single building projects is faced with great challenges.The comprehensive gymnasium of SD University is the largest gymnasium project of all the universities in China.The quality management in the construction process is very complicated.In this thesis,the project management methods and measures for high quality construction of large single buildings are studied and analyzed based on the large-scale comprehensive gym project of SD University under construction.Firstly,introduced the general situation of the project and the quality management objectives of the large-scale comprehensive gymnasium project of SD University,starting from the construction difficulty and management challenge,working out the WBS,analyzing the key points of quality control by using AHP fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation,and making the quality control plan which can be used as an important guide for quality control in subsequent construction.Secondly,in view of the key quality problems existing in the key control process,the fishbone diagram method and Pareto method are used to analyze the quality problems of organization and management and the quality problems of concrete construction of the project,and the main causes of the problems are obtained.This thesis,makes a statistical analysis of the major intersecting problems in engineering construction,lists the main types of problems and analyze their causes.Finally,a series of measures were taken to solve the problems found in the project.(1)Establish construction quality management PDCA cycle,comprehensive planning and guidance of construction quality management.(2)Based on 5M1 E theory,all staff should take corresponding improvement measures to improve and innovate the construction technology,so as to ensure that the construction of the stadium can be carried out on a large scale,with the construction can be guaranteed in an orderly way and the efficiency and quality of the project will be effectively guaranteed.(3)BIM technology is introduced to solve complex quality problems such as crossover,collision and rework in the construction process of installation projects,therefor,improving work efficiency,saving steel,reducing cost.(4)We will further improve the quality analysis tracking and assurance system,optimize the regular meeting system for the quality of special projects,implement the continuous quality management training system,innovate the special disclosure meeting system for sports technology,and the improvement effect of engineering quality is obvious.On the basis of sorting out and selecting relevant quality management methods and theories,this paper takes the above measures to ensure the high quality construction of the large-scale comprehensive gymnasium project of SD University,and effectively improve the construction quality of the project,which provides a certain reference for the follow-up projects of SD University and other large-scale engineering projects under the new situation.
