The installation quality competition can promote the enterprise to adapt to the development of China’s nuclear power, improve efficiency, reduce artificial cost.This paper first introduces the background and research at home and abroad, China is lack of power resources,only depends the thermal power is not enough,so develop the high efficiency power is necessary.Nuclear is high efficiency power that become the object of the development of China in the next few decades. And then, this paper expounds the achievements and the present situation of the nuclear power quality management of the major nuclear power in the world. Focus on systematically introduces the basic characteristics and management content and method of project management and project quality management. Analysis of the project quality management of quality planning, quality control methods and quality feedback, quality improvements and other issues. Then through a large nuclear power steam turbine installation project case to research the quality management.The installation of the nuclear power steam turbine is a very complex work,involving turbine body,auxiliary system auxiliary equipment,pipe and so on,the installation period is generally not lower than2 years.The quality problem of any link will have an adverse impact on the whole project, thus affecting the progress of the project.Nuclear power steam turbine installation quality management runs through the whole process of installation, from the manufacturer of the equipment to the nuclear power plant until the installation is completed. In order to ensure the quality of the installation project,from the quality planning, feed-forward control, process control, post test and other aspects of each process are strictly better off.Through the review of the project quality management theories and methods, combining with the author’s own work, to participate in the project for detailed analysis in the aspect of quality management, identify its shortcomings, and improve the quality of management and future development put forward their own views.
