At present,China’s booming space industry is leading China’s transformation from a space power to a space power.In the context of high-density launch,the mismatch between the surging mission demand and the limited production resources becomes increasingly apparent.Under the current limited production resources,only by carrying out reasonable and effective project scheduling arrangement,shortening project duration and improving product production efficiency,can all production delivery tasks be completed.However,there are scheduling optimization problems in aerospace plastic product production projects,such as unscientific current scheduling methods and imperfect scheduling platform,imperfect employee incentive system and mechanism,and unsmooth communication and coordination between projects.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,it is found that the root causes of the problems are the lack of advanced project management methods,the imperfect employee incentive system and the imperfect organizational communication and coordination mechanism.Based on the project management theory of solving multi-resource constrained scheduling problem with genetic algorithm,this paper analyzes the RCPSP project scheduling optimization process of typical aerospace plastic products,designs the project scheduling software with Visual Studio c++ software,and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the scheduling optimization scheme from two aspects of manual and project scheduling software calculation.The software calculation results show that the total construction period of the optimized typical product production project is 48 days,which is 26.1% less than the planned 65 days,and the limited production resources can also be reasonably utilized.Then the implementation and application of scheduling optimization scheme for C model product production project was carried out.Specific by calling RCPSP production project software and scheduling platform,the project scheduling plan execution table of Model C products was developed,and the initiative of motivating employees and communicating and coordinating between project teams was implemented to promote the overall efficient operation of the production project of Model C products.The practice results show that the actual total construction period of the production project of Model C product is only 43 days,17 days ahead of the planned 60 days,and the construction period is reduced by 28.3%.The project is completed ahead of schedule and has been highly praised by the workshop,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the project optimization scheme and management measures proposed in this paper.The project not only realized the resource sharing and allocation between the project and the workshop project team,but also promoted the salary increase and job promotion of the employees,and also promoted the project management level of the workshop. |
