Study On Synergy Of Elastic Expansion Design In Large General Hospitals

With the reform of the medical and health system and the medical system marketing,the original medical space model and order can no longer meet the development needs.As a basic social service institution in China,the hospital is affected by various factors such as medical policy and diagnosis and treatment mode.Its existence mode is dynamic and must be continuously updated to meet to the ever-changing internal medical needs.Therefore,to deal with the relationship between the recent demand and the long-term development is comparative in the plans and design of hospital.The flexible expansion design of the hospital provides a dynamic development idea for the hospital’s irregular expansion and renewal.This paper starts in analyzing the existing hospital building elastic design theory and practice,summarizing the common features of these ideas of hospital building elastic design.By visiting and making surveys of 8 large general hospitals,the problems were found and summarized,and finally couple back to the relevant level analysis of the hospital’s flexible expansion design.This study starts with the hospital’s organizational structure system,spatial environment layout and scientific and technological means,analyzing the complex system of large-scale general hospitals and clarifying the primary problems that need to be solved in the flexible expansion.It also makes a deep exploration in collaborative design for elastic capacity expansion and finally put forward flexible expansion design strategy for large general hospitals.Based on the design concept of elastic expansion,this paper analyzes the relationship between the morphological structure,traffic flow line system and function unit of the hospital,and puts forward the design method of the organizational structure system for sustainable development.In the overall spatial environment layout of the hospital,holding the patient-centered principle,to promote the maintenance and promotion of the quality of the hospital building space environment,putting forward the corresponding expansion design methods and environmental compensation measures,to promote the hospital’s overall space environment to become a reliable carrier of elastic expansion.In the aspect of scientific and technological means,this paper analyzes the development form of medical equipment,the characteristic attributes of auxiliary medical technology and the adaptability of construction technology,and puts forward the cooperative design and application strategy of scientific and technological means,which creates the premise for the stable play and flexible development of medical function.
