| Influenced by the reform of medical system,the evolution of medical technology,the transformation of diagnosis and treatment mode,and the impact of public health emergencies in recent years,it has become the development direction of hospital buildings to respond to the changing needs with elastic and variable space mode,and elastic design has become a key issue.However,the existing researches mostly put forward the elastic design strategy,and lack the basis to evaluate the flexibility of the space design,so it is difficult to judge the advantages and disadvantages of the elastic design of the architectural space.On the basis of the elastic design evaluation research on the outpatient space in large general hospitals,this paper is divided into the preparation stage,the system establishment stage and the application stage.Preparation stage of elastic design evaluation: refine and analyze eight key points of elastic design evaluation in three dimensions.On the basis of the research on the characteristics of outpatient space in general hospitals,related concepts of elastic design,the experts’ opinions and the on-the-spot investigation of six large general hospitals in Wuhan,the requirements of elastic design of outpatient space are defined,and three dimensions of elastic design are divided: site planning,overall structure of outpatient space and spatial organization of outpatient units.Eight key points for evaluation of outpatient space elasticity design were established: planning and layout of hospital area,spatial relationship between outpatient and hospital area,traffic organization around outpatient department,outpatient function setting,outpatient space organization,streamline system,clinic unit space and indirect clinic unit space.The establishment stage of elastic design evaluation system: establish elastic design evaluation system,design evaluation method and carry out example verification.According to the evaluation points of elastic design,the AHP model is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process,and the weight of each evaluation point relative to the evaluation of elastic design is obtained,and the subjective and objective evaluation methods of outpatient space elastic design in general hospitals are put forward.Three typical hospitals are further selected from the surveyed hospitals,and the elastic design evaluation is carried out from two aspects of existing design measures and construction potential.According to the evaluation results,the evaluation system is verified,and the feasibility of objective evaluation method is determined.Application stage of elastic design evaluation: develop an application example of elastic design evaluation system in the scheme stage.Taking a practical project which is to be built in Wuhan as an example,the objective evaluation method is used to evaluate the outpatient space elasticity design of three schemes in its design stage.On the basis of the evaluation results,the scheme selection suggestions and optimization strategies are given,so as to realize the application example of elasticity evaluation system.This paper studies the evaluation system of outpatient space elastic design in general hospitals,establishes the evaluation method,and realizes the quantitative evaluation of outpatient space elastic design in general hospitals.By evaluating the elastic design of outpatient space in general hospitals in the scheme stage,the overall evaluation results and the evaluation results in three dimensions can be obtained.On the basis of the results,the advantages and disadvantages of elastic design are evaluated and schemes are compared,and the scheme optimization suggestions and strategies are given,so as to guide engineering practice and promote the development of elastic design of hospital buildings. |
