Research Of Large-scale General Hospital Treatment Space Design Under Patient Experience

Medical buildings are a very complex type of building.Large-scale general hospitals are the most intensive building category in Chengdu,with the most complex spatial structure,the most detailed spatial functions,and the most diverse types of streamlines.With the development of medical technology and hospital management mode,as a building with a complete life cycle in a dynamic process,the development model of large-scale general hospital buildings is also facing a very important transition period.The author selects the patients who participate in the large-scale general hospital and the related nursing staff.Through the relevant research and verification process,I hope that the design method worthy of reference in the perspective of patient experience can be obtained from the perspective of patient experience.The research content includes:(1)Patient behavior research in the spaceThrough the field investigation of three large-scale general hospitals,the research on spatial elements,landscape elements,visual elements and environmental elements of different samples was carried out.Try to summarize the specific behaviors of these elements on patients in large general hospitals and these The relationship between behavior and factors,and the reasons for these situations are analyzed.This paper will study the related literatures and research results,based on the elastic design theory,comprehensive hospital buildings as the research object,and construct the corresponding design and analysis methods from the analysis of basic medical behaviors.The step-by-step analysis of the basic unit to the overall layout of each part of the general hospital outpatient department and the inpatient department is carried out,and based on this,the elastic design research on each part of the general hospital is carried out.(2)Subjective evaluation of spatial use under patient experienceThe data research system of this chapter was established through the survey of three largescale general hospitals and the questionnaires and interviews of the personnel.The collected questionnaire information was quantitatively analyzed and collated,and through the use of SPSS theoretical analysis,the reliability analysis based on patient behavior,the mean median analysis,factor analysis and association analysis were performed to understand the patient.Use different sample behaviors and psychological preferences.(3)Spatial Syntactic Study of Visiting Space OrganizationThrough the theory of spatial syntax,through the quantitative study of the relationship between the specific space of a large-scale general hospital type,the method of axis analysis and field of view analysis of the patient's accessible space area is analyzed.The accessibility,visibility,and comprehensibility of the space in the visit space in these samples.The space is quantified by using the relevant theories of spatial syntax.(4)Study on the design strategy of the treatment spaceCombining the results of the predisposition to the use of patients in the large general hospital's visit space and the relevant conclusions of the spatial syntactic research,the author puts forward eight recommended strategies for the design of the space for the treatment,and the research results are partially included in the actual project that the author participated in.Reflecting,I hope that there will be value for reference in the design of the large general hospital treatment space in the future.
