The construction industry has always been a pillar industry in China.China's economic growth has slowed down,the state's supply-side structure has continued to reform,construction enterprises have the opportunity and pressure to coexist.The survival and development of enterprises are facing severe challenges.A stable organizational structure and management model is the foundation for high-quality development during the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Since 2013,CSCEC has implemented a large project department management system based on a flat organizational structure.Combine project departments with the same characteristics into large project departments.Through the high degree of unity of responsibility and responsibility,the target responsibility management combined with risk mortgage management effectively promotes industrial transformation and upgrading.The paper starts from the development of the construction industry,the thesis expounds the background and research significance of the topic,reviewing the research ideas of this paper by reviewing the research status at home and abroad.Then it introduces the industrial transformation and upgrading,the large project department management mode and its related theories,analyzes the situation of the transformation of the traditional management mode of the China Construction Bureau,finds out the problems that restrict the stable development of the company,and analyzes the traditional management mode.Differences with national policies,industry development,and market demand.Therefore,it is necessary to propose the necessity and feasibility of implementing the large project department management mode in the first round of the China Construction,and propose the development ideas to solve the problem and narrow the gap.Next,from the market,cost,performance,capital and other aspects of the construction enterprise's attention,we will introduce the construction process and operation mechanism of the large-scale project system of the China Construction Bureau,and demonstrate the feasibility of implementing the large-scale project management system.Finally,it proposes safeguard measures and management suggestions for key points and risk points for implementing the transformation of the large project department management model.
