| As modern transportation infrastructure, as to the end of2013, the traffic mileage ofChina’s highway is up to106200kilometers, and the average annual mileage is more than10000kilometers for three consecutive years. China’s highway construction has alreadyreached high level no matter in the scale of construction or the amount of investment.However, the current construction management mode can’t full meet the requirement oflarge-scale highway construction. So the large-section management mode is emerging inrecent years. In this paper, through the study of the large-section management mode of thehighway project, Analysis of the connotation, characteristics and impact on the efficiencyof the organizational management, and provide some optimization advice for otherlarge-section management project.The perspective of this paper is from the large-section pattern management ofhighway project. Firstly analysis problems in currently highway management, thenecessary of introduce large section management mode. It prescribed the definition oflarge section management mode and its characteristics, and advantages in aspect ofmanagement coordination, selection of contractor, resource allocation, and securitymanagement and information construction. Next, this paper put forward large sectionmanagement mode under the organization management mode, organs and institutionsparticipated in this program and personnel duty, and also combined with the field researchof large section mode construction program in Wulin Mountain highway, then summarizedthe current organization situation of large section construction mode. At last, this paperanalysis the scale effect, centralization and decentralization, management process and itsinfluence to owner. A case in point is the process of measurement payment, using Arena14.0software to verified organization efficiency of large section management mode andcame up with advice on optimize efficiency. |
