Project Organization Designing And Interface Management Study On EPC Mode Engineering Of SNEC

The great achievements have been made with the rapid development of Chinese EPC projects.Otherwise,the construction mode of EPC in china is still in the period of enhancement and reformation of project management,project management structure design and interface management.The engineering companies with the EPC capacities are eagerly facing how to solve the confusions of designing the project organizations,defining the project management interfaces,as well as with the external communication and coordination.Based on years of working experiences and analysis of the problems in project management in our company,from the viewpoint of a project manager,the author extensively collected all the data and information about the project management and interface management through Investigation and analysis for this article and related issues.I totally hope it can be applied in actual project management and improve the level of project management through the study of EPC project management and interface designing.
