Space Environment Design Of Overhead Floor In Residential Area Based On Genius Loci

With the acceleration of urbanization,the renewal and reconstruction of old cities,the development and construction of new towns,the places where people live are constantly changing.In order to meet the needs of rapid development,with the support of scientific technology and construction technology,the time of urban construction has been greatly reduced,and "pushing back" has become the most common way of urban renewal.The spirit of place in the city is constantly changing,the elements of modernization are gradually increasing,the original cultural connotation and the flavor of life are forgotten and abandoned.Urban residents can not adapt to the rapid development of the spirit of place,the memory of life can not be precipitated,the sense of place in the city gradually weakened,the sense of belonging weakened.These negative impacts caused by rapid development,how to solve them efficiently and reasonably is a difficult problem we need to continue to solve.This paper takes this as the research background,takes the genius loci as the breakthrough point,and focuses on the overhead floor of residential area.Through literature review,field investigation,questionnaire survey and summary,this paper explores the space of overhead floors in residential buildings in Wuhan,and summarizes the design methods of overhead floors in residential areas and the way to build the spirit of overhead floors in residential areas.It provides reference and Enlightenment for the space environment design of overhead floors in residential areas.This paper is divided into five chapters,which are summarized as follows:1)The first and second chapters of the first part mainly discuss the background,purpose and significance of this study.This paper expounds the main contents,methods and framework of the study of overhead floors in residential areas.At the same time,through the analysis of basic theories in related fields,this paper expounds the related research progress of genius loci and overhead floor design at home and abroad,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent analysis and design.This paper summarizes the common problems and future development trend in the construction of the bottom overhead of residential buildings at the present stage.Through the analysis of excellent cases,this paper puts forward the idea of applying the spirit of place as a theoretical support to the design of the overhead space environment on the bottom floor of residential buildings.2)The second part and the third chapter are the core chapters of this paper.By summarizing and analyzing the previous literature and the first-hand materials,based on the "characteristics" elements of the genius loci,this paper emphasizes the necessity and role of the spirit of place in the overhead space.Through the analysis of the elements of the spirit of place in the overhead space of residential area,it summarizes the characteristics of the underfloor overhead space of residential area and the principle of overall construction.3)The fourth and fifth chapters of the third part,the important chapters of this article.On the basis of the previous research,this paper puts forward the construction strategy of the space enclosure and environmental characteristics of the overhead layer of the Pauli Xiangsong K14 block.Through the understanding of different people’s behavior modes and spatial needs in the overhead floors and the perception of space environment,this paper designs the overhead floors in residential areas from two aspects: characteristics and space.Using the boundary to re-enclose the spatial pattern,the extension of residents’ living in the overhead layer,and the introduction of regional cultural elements,we can optimize the existing problems from the functional division of space,streamline dredging,to the design of characteristic grids,and put forward the future optimization direction.4)The fourth part is the sixth chapter.The design is summarized and prospected to provide reference for the research in related fields.In summary,based on the theory of place spirit,this paper designs and studies the construction of the overhead environmental space of residential buildings,providing reference and guiding significance for the construction and development of the overhead environment of residential buildings in the future.
