With the increasing aging in China,providing for the aged has become a social problem to be solved urgently.At this stage,China’s elderly care facilities are not developed,and the elderly are unwilling to move away from their habitual living place,making the residential area the largest place for the elderly to spend their old age.Under such a huge population base,the physical and mental health of the elderly needs to be paid attention to,At this stage,most of the outdoor sports places for the elderly are in the courtyard of the residential community,and the activities are greatly subject to weather factors.As a common public service area in the residential community,the overhead floor has been popularized in many areas,and many developers have begun to focus on building and operated by the property.Due to the decline of vision and non vision of the elderly,the demand for the physical environment,especially the light environment in the overhead floor is different from that of other people.Therefore,taking Chongqing as an example,this paper uses the building light environment simulation software to evaluate the light environment of the overhead floor under different design parameters.Combined with the research results,the activity law and preference of the middle-aged and elderly under the overhead floor,In order to build new overhead floors in the future,the design parameters of overhead floors suitable for the elderly are proposed.Under different design parameters,the plan layout opinions of overhead floor are provided to provide basis for space design of overhead floor.The thesis consists of four parts.The first part introduces the relevant concepts and theories,which are combed from four parts: the elderly,the overhead floor of residential area,the evaluation indicators and methods of natural daylighting,and the charact-eristics of light and climate in Chongqing.Through the research on the research object and user population,it provides a theoretical basis for the following research.The second part investigates the overhead floor in Chongqing.The investigation is divided into three parts: space investigation,light environment investigation and questionnaire investigation of the elderly.From the investigation,it is concluded that: 1)the relationship between the space situation of the overhead floor and the use frequency and types of activities,2)the analysis of the light environment situation of the overhead floor and the influencing factors affecting the light environment,and 3)the activity law of the elderly,For example,the changes of activity types in different time periods and seasons.The third part is the preparation before simulation,screening the apartment plane in the actual case,establishing the research model of overhead floor,and then screening and determining the strongly related parameters in combination with the influence parameters involved in the second part of light environment investigation and residential area design.At the same time,combined with the questionnaire survey in the second part,the evaluation indexes and methods suitable for evaluating the light environment of the activity space of the elderly are established.The fourth part is the simulation experiment and strategy proposal stage.The established influence parameters are simulated one by one to obtain the values and images of the evaluation indexes under different parameters,and analyze them to obtain the ranking of the influence of each parameter on the annual effective illuminance and annual direct sunlight of the light environment evaluation indexes for the elderly,Two strategies are proposed: 1)the design strategy of each parameter;2)the recommended value of space design parameters and plane division of overhead floor under different design positioning.Through the investigation,it is found that the elderly tend to light in winter and avoid light in summer,and the activity types are divided into dynamic and static.In the evaluation of the light environment,the visual and non visual needs of the elderly should be considered,that is,the corresponding effective illumination and direct sunlight.Through the simulation of the influence parameters,it is found that the influence of each parameter on the overhead floor is: floor height > general layout > material > orientation from high to low in terms of annual effective illumination,and from high to low in terms of annual daily exposure is: orientation > general layout > floor height > material.According to the influence size,each The influence param-eters are superimposed one by one to obtain the recommended parameters of three types of overhead layers: static activity,dynamic activity and comprehensive activity,and the plane division of overhead layers is recommended according to the illuminance. |
