Landscape Design Of Overhead Floor In High-rise Residential Area Based On Spatial Characteristics Analysis

With the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the improvement of people's living standards,large-scale urbanization construction not only continuously meets people's diversified needs,but also brings many problems to the urban ecological environment.As the space of overhead floor derived from traditional architectural methods,it is rapidly adapting to the complicated climatic conditions and diverse terrain features.It plays a crucial creative role in enriching architectural forms and reducing the destruction of urban ecological environment,and has made great contributions to the creation of a better living environment for people.In this paper,the space of overhead floor in high-rise residential area is taken as the research object.The research background,research significance,research purpose,research progress,spatial characteristics,project investigation,design methods,countermeasures and case design are mainly studied and analyzed in depth.The basic theoretical basis and method basis suitable for the space landscape design of overhead floor are summarized by combining the methods of literature research,induction and deduction,questionnaire survey and case design.To explore different styles of landscape design expression methods suitable for this special space form,to explore the application and design ideas of landscape designers on overhead floor space,and to provide experience accumulation for better innovative landscape design.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)Through the research on the characteristics of the overhead floor in residential areas,this paper mainly expounds the space,function and environment of the overhead floor.In terms of space,this is a diversified public space with multiple functional requirements.Functionally speaking,the overhead floor of residential area includes the functions of privacy construction and landscape design.In addition,the final construction effect of the landscape space on the overhead floor is also affected by factors such as spatial structure and climate environment.This provides a theoretical basis for studying the space application and landscape design of the overhead floor in residential areas.(2)Based on the investigation of actual projects,the common problems existing in the space of overhead floor in residential areas are summarized.Based on the analysis results of the questionnaire survey,the diversified needs of residents for space on the overhead floor are understood.On the basis of comprehensive consideration,this paper puts forward countermeasures and methods suitable for landscape design of overhead floor in residential areas.(3)Taking Chengdu island city project as a case design practice,this paper analyzes the project location,geographical environment and climate environment,and under the guidance of landscape design countermeasures and methods,designs the overall layout,functional zoning,traffic flow lines,plants,sketch facilities,pavement,etc.of the overhead floor landscape space in this case,and completes the practical verification of the landscape construction of the overhead floor space.
