Casting crane is an indispensable heavy equipment for hoisting high temperature liquid metal ladle in metal hot continuous rolling and pouring process.Traditional casting crane bridge structure design calculation process is tedious,need to spend a lot of time,design efficiency is low.In this paper,casting crane bridge structure and its operation mechanism as the research objective,through programming 3d design software tools for secondary development,to achieve a series of new casting crane bridge rapid design.In terms of bridge structure,this paper also carried out an innovative design of its main girder structure,realizing the replacement of the four-beam bridge structure with the double-beam bridge structure for the large-tonnage casting crane,reducing the weight of the whole machine and realizing the green and energy-saving design.In this paper,the traditional design of the bridge structure of the new casting crane is visualized,and the basic design parameters of the large tonnage casting crane are input through the interface which is convenient for operation.Then the 3d software is controlled through programming,and the 3d models of different parts of the structure and mechanism are obtained respectively.Then the automatic assembly of each part is realized through programming,and the module assembly and 3d of the new casting crane bridge are realized.In this paper,the electric room,driver's room,inclined ladder,platform and other modules of the casting crane are programmed,and the parameterized model of these accessories is automatically generated and connected with the main components.In this paper,the bridge structure of casting crane is improved,and finite element modeling analysis is carried out.Through static analysis,harmonic response analysis and buckling analysis,it is proved that the rapid design method in this paper is feasible and effective.
