Space technology as the commanding height in advanced technique of modern IT-based warfare and taking a determining element in this war,is one of the core of military strategies in countries competing.The technology of on-orbit assembly is a significant part of modular spacecraft technology.as one of the key technology,it can disassemble the ground devices in heavy weight and bulk such as mass of limited military equipment and space-based platform before gradually launching them in outer space to assemble.Having designed a new structure of on-orbit assembly module,this paper will verify rationality and feasibility of the modules' structure by simulation and experiment.On the basis of analyzing domestic and foreign space connection mechanisms,this paper has putted forward the overall plan of on-orbit assembly modules meeting the design requirements,and has devised structures of each subsystem in detail.Meanwhile,this thesis has illustrated,calculated and tested the operational principles and relevant parameters of self-adaption locking technique and intelligence release technique.And the practicability of technology is tested though prototype of on-orbit assembly module relative examination.Because the tolerance of on-orbit assembly modules will directly determine the success and failure of assembled,and in order to confirm the feasibility of the modules in a position and orientation,this article,through ADAMS,a dynamic simulation software,will mainly analyze the assembly feasibility of the structure and assembly feasibility of the structure in a position and orientation,and confirm the limited assembly position and orientation.meanwhile,it also analyze the influence of assembly parameters on the process.Though tested the tolerance of on-orbit assembly modules prototype,the rationality of simulation and feasibility of structure is fully proved.At the same time,this thesis has analyzed the structural strength of on-orbit assembly modules under acceleration overload and strong vibration,stemming from launching processand on-orbit operation,by ANSYS Workbench which is a finite element software.This has ascertained the structural requirements are met for blasting off,on-orbit operation and on-orbit assembly.The result of on-orbit assembly prototype's all examination compared with the homologous design requirement told us the overall plan absolutely meet the design requirements.
