The Module Parametric Modeling Of Gripper And The Research Of Rapid Design Platform On HDD

In order to quickly adapt the needs for personalized products in the market of construction machinery, I research the medium-sized horizontally directional driller(HDD) for the study in this dissertation, which based the key components of hydraulic gripper to carry out the research, such as the module division of functional structure, 3D modeling, and parametric modeling of components, and I built the rapid design platform of the HDD that used the technology of Pro / E secondary development and related software. The main research is as follows:(1) Internal hydraulic gripper module division and 3D modeling of the HDD. From the functional structure of the relationship between working principle and interior parts of the hydraulic gripper, I divided the hydraulic gripper into support module, support module, gripping module and flip module based on the functional relationship of parts; I completed 3D modeling of the four modules based on the plane, axis and modular modeling.(2) Parametric modeling system of the hydraulic gripper on the HDD. From the process of developing parametric design modeling of the hydraulic gripper, I completed the main interface of hydraulic gripper, the main interface of each module, the main interface of selecting structure, specific structural parameters of the human-computer interface, and the parametric modeling of each module; I used a method of assembly based on the plane, axis and modular modeling, and it can complete parametric modeling and assembly of each module on the hydraulic gripper according to customer demand.(3) Rapid design platform of the HDD. Firstly, I divided functional modules according to the structure of HDD, and then based on the survey of customer demand I designed the rapid design platform of HDD that includes design platform, design of HDD based on needs of customer and case-based reasoning, rapid design of HDD and other contents; according to the process of building rapid design platform of HDD, I completed the design of the menu bar and the main interface, programs and applications,what’s more I verified the effectiveness of the rapid design platform of HDD through examples.Through the above research and practice, I successfully completed parametric modeling and assembly of the hydraulic gripper of horizontally directional driller in thisdissertation, and initially completed the rapid design platform of horizontally directional driller on the basis and I verified the feasibility of the rapid design platform of HDD through examples. The conclusions in this dissertation can provide theoretical reference for similar rapid design of complex engineering machinery products.
