With the development of the crane industry,the personalization of user needs will become more and more obvious,the market will move towards diversity,and large-scale customized products will gradually increase.The traditional manual design scheme and the design method using CAD as the drawing tool have been unable to meet the requirements of market development due to the long design cycle and the difference in design quality.How to quickly design a personalized product that meets the needs of customers has become a problem that designers must solve.Based on the analysis of the function and structure of the crane,this paper makes full use of the modern design concept,uses modern design tools,and combines the drawings data of Yunnan Kunshan Iron and Steel Heavy Packing Group for many years to propose the rapid design idea of the crane and conduct research.1)Discuss the development history and current situation of engineering knowledge,expound the engineering knowledge design theory,adopt knowledge engineering design principles for relevant information,refine product characteristic data,and guide design.2)Explain in detail the basic theory of modular design.Includes conceptual features,basic principles,and functional sub-methods.The traditional crane structure analysis method is analyzed,and a new modular design method is proposed to demonstrate the new modular design method.3)Refine the feature data of key modules to form a key module feature database.4)Using the key module feature database data,combined with the parametric design method,the full information component modeling concept,and the 3D model library of components.Apply sketch assembly technology,parameter-driven method,and automatically generate the overall 3D model of the product.5)Using the finite element software ANSYS to carry out finite element modeling,meshing,applying boundary conditions,loading and solving the gantry structure of the A-type gantry crane,and then it can be easily seen through the stress and strain cloud diagram that the stress maximum is only present.In the place where the stress is concentrated,the static stiffness and strength of the whole machine are analyzed,and the optimization of the whole machine is put forward.
