The 13 th five-year plan is the decisive period for China to build a well-off society and the key period for deepening reform in an all-round way.With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of electricity demand,the State Grid meets the challenge by implementing the strategic objectives of “strong power grid,excellent assets,excellent performance and high service quality”.At the same time,with the continuous deepening of the “three sets and five majors” system,the power dispatching business has been successfully transformed to the “integration of dispatching and controlling” mode,which makes the technical supported intelligent power grid dispatching automation system facing severe challenges,the existing faculty quality and technical means of automation major have been unable to adapt to the development needs of the new situation.Therefore,there is an urgent need to innovate automation management mode,optimize business processes,comprehensively improve the data accuracy,operation stability and service reliability of intelligent power grid dispatching automation system to ensure the safe,high-quality and stable operation of power system.Based on the theory of lean management,the paper takes LuZhou Power Supply Company as the research object,and carries out lean management on the automation major of LuZhou Power Supply Company,which can effectively ensure the accuracy of data and the stability and reliability of operation of intelligent power grid dispatching automation system.This paper analyzes the problems of LuZhou Power Supply Company’s automation in safety management,team management and business quality by means of data access and field research.Based on this,this paper analyzes the necessity of LuZhou Power Supply Company’s automatic lean management from the perspective of constantly improving business requirements and the new mode adapting to the large operation system,clarifies the purpose and overall thinking of lean management,and constructs the automation lean management system of LuZhou Power Supply Company by using PDCA cycle management.In this system,the planning stage defines the implementation object and plan of lean management;in the implementation stage,lean management methods such as value process method,5W1 H analysis method,ABC classification method,standardization method and visual method were used to put forward reasonable suggestions from three aspects of safety management,team management and business quality management;in the evaluation stage,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to establish the lean management evaluation system,determine the weight of indicators at each level,and obtain the lean evaluation rules;in the rectification stage,rectification measures are formulated based on the evaluation results to prepare for the next PDCA cycle.The research shows,the establishment of the automation lean management system of LuZhou Power Supply Company provides possibilities for the improvement of automation management.It can more effectively ensure the data is accurate,the system is stable and the service is reliable on automation system under the new mode of large operation system.It can provide important reference significance for similar power supply companies to carry out lean management in automation major.
