| The proposal of "Made-in-China 2025" strategic plan will bring new development opportunities to China’s manufacturing industry.For most manufacturing enterprises,in order to seize this opportunity and realize the rapid development of enterprises,it is necessary to make corresponding changes and adjustments according to their own actual conditions.From the technical point of view,"Made in China 2025" can not be successfully implemented without innovation and intelligent manufacturing.However,the experience since reform and opening up tells us that relying on technology alone can not bring substantive change.Advanced management concepts are equally important for improving productivity.This paper chooses Taihua Automobile Company as the research object,and explores the feasibility of implementing lean production management mode in small and medium-sized automobile manufacturing industry as well as the specific implementation details.As a typical private manufacturing enterprise,Taihua Company needs to formulate lean production management mode that meets its actual needs.Therefore,this paper takes Taihua Company’s production status and existing problems as the breakthrough point,makes use of my observation,investigation and Reflection on the company’s problems,and combines lean theory with the company’s actual situation,from six aspects of on-site management,production lines,production waste,etc.This paper analyses and summarizes the problems of the company,and designs the lean improvement plan of the company from the aspects of concept and system.Automobile production has always been an important area of lean research,but previous research often focused on large joint ventures such as FAW and Dongfeng.These companies themselves have large scale and advanced management concepts.However,small and medium-sized domestic automobile manufacturers such as Taihua Company are often difficult to become a research hotspot.This paper takes Taihua Company as an example.On the one hand,it hopes to improve the efficiency of the company through scientific planning and management.At the same time,it also hopes to take Taihua Company as an example to provide theoretical experience for the formulation of lean solutions for domestic small and medium-sized automobile manufacturers.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant literature collected,determines the theoretical basis of this paper,and on the basis of the basic overview of Taihua Company,chooses the theoretical basis and analysis tools of this paper,and makes further introduction.Secondly,it points out the existing problems of Taihua Company and preliminarily analyses the causes of the problems,and designs the lean scheme and safeguard measures of Taihua Company in view of the problems and reasons.Help Taihua company design the lean effect evaluation model,supplement the shortcomings of previous Taihua company’s lean work,and finally summarize the full text,and put forward the prospects for future research.According to the analysis of this paper,Taihua company needs to improve on site management,production organization structure,production line management,standardized operation,total quality management,and full participation at the present stage.At the same time,this paper also hopes that positive and effective safeguards and reasonable job evaluation can make Taihua company’s lean work carry out effectively. |
