Research On Lean Production Management Optimization Of L Motor Corporation

Since the reform and opening up,in the practice of building a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,the degree of marketization in China has gradually increased.Economic marketization requires enterprises to continuously improve and quickly improve market response efficiency.With the development of manufacturing and industrialization,lean management is more and more widely used in the global manufacturing industry,and has a very in-depth impact on the current manufacturing enterprises.Lean production management can meet the needs of consumers in the shortest time and improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise development.It has a good reference for Chinese enterprises to improve management effect and obtain good competitiveness.Taking the construction process of lean production management system in L automobile company as the research object,this paper introduces the current situation of lean management in L automobile company;It is analyzed that l automobile company has some problems,such as weak production foundation,low production efficiency,rigid production system and 5S superficialization,and the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed;Under the guidance of the two principles of PDCA cycle and the combination of objectives and process management,formulate a detailed optimization plan,including subdividing the production field and steadily improving the production efficiency of employees;Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,four safeguard measures are put forward: re implementing the organizational structure,strengthening the Lean culture,unifying the measurement system and advocating learning and innovation.Through the implementation of the improvement plan to deepen the awareness of lean of all employees,gradually improve the enthusiasm for production,so as to greatly reduce the cost of personnel,inventory and transportation of L company,increase customer satisfaction and market response efficiency,and finally achieve the goal of improving the enterprise’s efficiency.Discussing the optimization design process of L company’s lean production management scheme is not only beneficial to l automobile company to reduce cost and increase efficiency,but also has reference significance for manufacturing enterprises to introduce the steps and optimization ideas of lean production management.
