In the development process of the power industry,with the increase in demand for power resources,the construction and development speed of the power industry has increased year by year,and the scale of assets of power construction enterprises has also been rapidly expanded.In the previous material management of power construction enterprises,the core was mainly the fixed assets such as the production equipment of the enterprise.However,this management method has certain backwardness and cannot well meet the needs of intensive development.In order to more effectively improve the effect of material management of power construction enterprises,it is necessary to optimize the concept of asset management,and then introduce more innovative management methods to manage assets.At present,the whole life cycle management in enterprise material management has become a management method commonly tried by enterprises.However,in order to further realize the intensive management of enterprise materials,lean management will become an important means to improve the effect of enterprise material management in the future.This research first summarizes the related research on material management of electric power construction enterprises and the theory of lean thinking,and lays the foundation for the introduction of lean management ideas into material management of electric power construction enterprises,and then elaborates the lean management ideas studied in this article in chapter two.,Including the source of the management thought,the main principles and main tools of lean management.At the same time,it also briefly summarizes the analysis methods used in this study,including AHP analytic hierarchy process and TOPSIS analysis method.The third chapter mainly qualitatively analyzes the current material management status and existing problems of power construction enterprises,and summarizes and analyzes the current status and problems of the current material demand planning phase,procurement phase,warehousing and distribution phase,and waste material management phase.Its cause.The fourth chapter is an objective and quantitative evaluation of the current power construction enterprise material management effect.5 evaluation dimensions and 23 evaluation indicators are set for the material management effect evaluation.The principal component analysis method is used to screen the indicators,and the analytic hierarchy process is used.Assign weight to the indicators,and finally use the TOPSIS analysis method to evaluate the effectiveness of the material management of the Z electric power construction enterprise by each index,and finally conclude that the most critical problems in the current material management of the Z electric power construction enterprise are in planning,procurement,warehousing and distribution Link.Finally,based on the conclusions of data analysis and the current problems in material management of power construction enterprises,this article gives countermeasures and suggestions to improve management effects under the guidance of lean management ideas.Among them,the basic guarantee for the implementation of lean management thinking mainly includes the cultivation of a lean management corporate culture,the development of multi-skill training for employees,and the introduction of modern technical means.Specific measures include improving the rationality of the plan,improving the scientificity of the planning method,improving the layout of warehousing outlets,improving the visibility of inventory,and attaching importance to the recycling and management of waste materials.It is hoped that through the research of this article,the material management of electric power construction enterprises can have the effect of reducing costs and increasing efficiency,so as to promote the development of the industry.
