Application Research On Lean Management Of Power System Line Loss

The comprehensive line loss rate index is an important index to consider the economic benefits of power grid enterprises,which comprehensively reflects the lean level of the power grid in construction,production,operation and maintenance,and management.In particular,in recent years,the comprehensive opening of the electricity selling side market,as well as the repeated lowering of the electricity price of general industry and commerce,and the gradual decrease of enterprise profits,make it particularly important to strengthen the lean management of power system line loss to improve the economic benefits of power grid enterprises,which is also the focus of the work of all power grid enterprises in recent years.The core idea of lean management is to create as much value as possible with the minimum resource input(including manpower,materials,capital,equipment,time and space)to provide customers with satisfactory products and high-quality services.The line loss rate can be divided into two categories according to the cause of formation,namely,technical line loss and management line loss,of which the technical line loss is determined by the grid hardware equipment,and the management line loss is determined by the management mode,management strength and so on.This two factors were considered in this paper,by applying Delphi method,a combination of 15 for the expert’s opinion and the suggestion,get the technique of planning and loss reduction,loss,operating loss reduction and management loss reduction of four level of comprehensive evaluation index,and qualified rate,10 kv distribution network power supply radius integrated transformer capacity load ratio of11 secondary comprehensive evaluation index.By applying the improved G1-Osculating value method and combining 15 expert opinions and Suggestions,the weight value of the index is calculated layer by layer and item by item,so as to obtain a complete set of comprehensive evaluation system for the lean management level of power system line loss.Taking the power grid of J district of T city as an example,the comprehensive evaluation system is applied to find out the regions with poor management level,and specific loss reduction technical measures and management measures are formulated by PDCA cycle to solve the problem of poor line loss lean management level,and the governance effect is tracked and evaluated.A set of complete line loss lean management mode is summarized,which has universal applicability.
