Research On External Space Integration Of Commercial Complex

With the acceleration of urbanization process and the improvement of people’s material living standards,the urban landscape has undergone tremendous changes.Urban development has changed from the material stage to the "people-oriented" stage.In cities with intensive land use,many complex commercial complexes have become new buildings,and their external space has become an important part of urban public space,providing the daily leisure communication needs of citizens.Therefore,it is indispensable to study how to connect commercial complexes and urban blocks through the integrated design of external space.This paper studies the interaction between the external space of commercial complex and the city.Taking urban design as the starting point,through literature research,field research and comparative analysis,the concepts and meanings of urban public space,external public space of commercial complex and spatial integration are analyzed.From the macro-urban function,urban space and case studies,this paper analyzed the integrated design ideas of external public space,and explored the specific design methods of external space from the meso-and micro-perspective.This paper summarizes the principles and methods of the integrated design of the external public space,and verifies them by combining the actual project with the investigation and analysis of the current situation of human activities in the external space of Hefei commercial complex.The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background,purpose and significance,summarizes the research status of external space and public space of commercial complex at home and abroad,clarifies the research methods,and finally draws the research framework;the second chapter elaborates the related concepts,evolution and development trend of the two keywords of commercial complex and external space;the third chapter describes the external space of commercial complex.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the Department space,the necessity of integrated design is emphasized,and the development direction of the external space of commercial complex is discussed.The fourth chapter puts forward the principles of integrated design,and discusses the specific measures of integrated design from the aspects of location,transportation,landscape and space.The fifth chapter analyses several typical cases combined with field research.The innovation of this paper is to take the characteristics of modern people’s daily life as the breakthrough point of integrated design,and to think in a new way from the macro-urban design and micro-architectural space design,hoping to bring new ideas and methods for the integrated design of external space of commercial complex.
