Along with the social diversity and the evolving trend of consumption upgrade, and commercial complex patterns of homogenized competition intensifying, more and more commercial complexes are seeking to upgrade transformation. Northeast China commercial complex, also by the key of development period, in the planning, design, modular traps, the loss of the local characteristics, the lack of public space design features, space utilization is low, function orientation, single function structure and composite degree is low, experiential, human nature, the problem of deficiency integration design. In this paper, the commercial building complex in the northeast of research, to solve the existing problems.Firstly, the evolution of consumption trend, commercial complex building a comprehensive explanation, and with the experience of commercial space, respectively from two aspects of space composition and function of experience of actual investigation and analysis of the case, cohesion with the natural conditions, the humanities environment in northeast China and put forward the northeast problems that exist in the commercial complex interior public space. According to the present situation of the problem, the corresponding design methods and principles, concrete transition from theme activities planning, space, ecological landscape, and an in-depth study on the consumer’s own experience and the key details, try to put forward concrete detailed and has application value, conform to the northeast regional features of commercial complex interior public space build strategy.Northeast of commercial complex interior public space devise should pay more emphasize to regional features, enhance the depth of the experiential, to enhance the experience depth, increase the landscape design and humanity, intelligent design details, in order to realize the localization, the difference of its design and development. Actively respond to experiential consumption for complex space form and the consumer demand change, prompted Chinese commercial complex, further improve the public space design theory, provide valuable theoretical basis and reference for the development and construction of the future commercial building complex.
