| Hydropower as a non-pollution clean energy,is characterized by low operating cost, economic benefit is remarkable, the production of the success of hydropower construction project, gives a project area bring enormous social and economic development, but the hydropower construction project with large investment, long construction period and main technology of complex and uncertain factors, influenced by the external policy, economic and natural environment and internal financing, organization management, and other factors are big, complicated risk factors. In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, accelerating the demand for resources, large and small hydropower stations are springing up.However,China’s risk management system is not yet perfect, and mature risk management standards and norms have not been formed in the hydropower construction industry. Therefore,in order to save the investment of hydropower construction projects, control the project schedule, and ensure the construction quality,it is of great significance to study the project risk management.Based on the above research background and the research results of previous scholars at home and abroad, this paper studies the risk management of hydropower construction projects.Firstly, the expert survey method and analytic hierarchy process are adopted to identify and evaluate risk factors from multiple perspectives, including politics, economy, technology, natural environment and organizational management, and the risk index sample matrix is obtained.Secondly, through the comprehensive application of grey system theory and fuzzy system theory, the sample matrix is analyzed to obtain the weight of each risk factor. After further data processing, the risk evaluation level of the whole project is obtained. Finally, according to the analysis results and some risk factors, this paper introduces the risk countermeasures, which has some reference value for the risk management of hydropower construction projects. |
