| Based on some small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects in Chongqing and their own engineering construction characteristics, by using the theories and methods of modern risk management, four factors of construction risk has given out and sixteen evaluation factors of the impact of construction risk has selected in this paper. To analyze and calculate the risk, it was worken out the corresponding program by mean with the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive analysis. The main research results and conclusions are as follows:1. On the basis of the analysis and summarizes of the small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower project characteristics, combined with the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive analysis,4influencing factors of construction risk are given out:the environmental factor, the construction conditions of the enterprise itself, the ability of contract performing, and other factors. Selected16influencing evaluation factors of the impact of construction risk, the corresponding risk evaluation model has been established. With the help of Matlab software, the corresponding analysis and evaluation procedures of construction risk are worked out.2. With the establishment of the risk evaluation model and the construction of the analyzing and calculating procedures, respectively conducting risk evaluation and analysis of the first period of Qingshan Lake Reservoir Project in Wansheng District of Chongqing and some certain hydropower station engineering project in Kai County of Chongqing, the results showed that from risk index total weight sorting, the biggest construction risk in small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower project is the construction conditions of the enterprise itself, that is the professional technology skills and management ability of the enterprise. And the secondary risk is the financial capacity. That calculated the weight and risk degree of the first level and second level by the fuzzy evaluation match with well the practical engineering cases.3. Based on establishment of the risk evaluation model on the small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower project, combined with the two engineering examples, it has been given out the corresponding risk control measures by analyzing the potential risk and the consequences of the risk of the16evaluation factors in this paper. The risk evaluation model has good practical value and provides a reference for the similar engineering construction management. |
