Research And Application Of The Spatial Environment Index System Of The Micro Transformation Of The Old Community

With the continuous development of China's economy and society,the spatial en vironment quality of old residential areas has become increasingly incompatible with the growing demand for material life of residents.On June 19,2019,the executive meeting of the State Council deployed the renovation work of old residential areas i n cities and towns,marking that the renovation work of old residential areas has be come a national strategy and action.The reconstruction of old residential areas invol ves the living problems of more than 100 million residents in China.It is not only a livelihood project,but also an objective requirement for China to achieve a well-of f society in an all-round way in 2020.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,some first tier cities in China have carr ied out the practice and research of urban renewal.In 2015,Guangzhou set up the urban renewal Bureau and put forward the "micro transformation" model for the first time,which shows that the practice and exploration of urban renewal in China has opened a new era.However,at present,China's Micro transformation is still facing problems in the development stage.Not only the relevant theoretical research needs to be created and accumulated,but also there are different transformation contents,standards and effects in practice.The establishment of a unified index system can no t only guide the implementation of China's Micro transformation,but also promote t he formation of a normalized mechanism of China's Micro transformation.Therefore,this paper attempts to establish an evaluation index system of the mic ro transformation of the old community,and objectively evaluate the implementation of the micro transformation by adding indicators reflecting the contents of the micro transformation,so as to judge the effect of the improvement of the spatial environ ment of the old community and provide reference guidance for the implementation o f the micro transformation.This paper mainly analyzes from the following three aspects:(1)First of all,the renewal process of the old communities at home and abroad is sorted out.Due to the lack of indicators specifically for the micro transformation of the old community space environment,the author combines the design of the sp ace environment of the residential area and the relevant evaluation standards,and ma kes a comparative analysis of the existing Research on the space environment transf ormation of the old community,and concludes that the indicators reflecting the micr o transformation process must be used to systematically build the system Conclusion of the index system of micro transformation.(2)Under the guidance of the above conclusions,in order to make the index sy stem proposed in this paper systematic and objective,this paper analyzes different ty pes of old residential areas and their spatial environment characteristics,summarizes the transformation contents in the current micro transformation guidelines,and propos es five key elements for the evaluation of micro transformation based on the spatial environment composition angle system.(3)On this basis,the connotation of the micro transformation spatial environmen t index system is defined,and according to the steps of establishing the index syste m,the methods and principles of constructing the index system,the old community spatial environment index system is built.After the establishment of the index syste m,through the qualitative and quantitative evaluation content of the index layer,the evaluation system of the spatial environment micro transformation of the old resident ial area is defined.(4)Finally,the paper selects Yangzhong community of Zhuguang street in Yuexi u District of Guangzhou City for example evaluation and research.In the process of evaluation of the old community,we used the methods of on-the-spot investigation,consulting data and on-the-spot investigation to evaluate the implementation of micr o transformation in Sunshine Community and analyze the evaluation results.
