| China’s aging population is becoming increasingly serious,this is even more true for the "i mmigrant city" in Shenzhen.With the introduction of the old-age policy of home-based pensi on policy,relying on community pension has become an important way.However,the externa l environment of the old community in Shenzhen has a large lack of content in terms of aging.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to improve the aging of the external environment of old co mmunities in Shenzhen area.This paper chooses Shenzhen Yuan Ling Community as the research object,which is representative old community in Shenzhen.Considering the actual needs of the elderly living in the YuanLing Community,based on the related theories such as literature review,field research,case study and so on,combined with the theories of seniors,environmental psychology and pension concept,and make a summary of the activities and needs of the elderly population in the Yuan Ling Community.Establish a demand-based survey framework.And then through the investigation and analysis of the existing problems of the current living environment,such as road traffic,public places,greening status and related life service facilities of the elderly in Yuan Ling Community.Combined with the existing resources of Yuan Ling Village,aiming at the external environment of Yuan Ling Community,then the corresponding transformation strategy and optimization design are put forward.It is hoped that through the research and analysis of the specific external environment of the community.For the YuanLing Community.to provide a specific implementation of a transformation program at the same time,to extract the principle of universal renovation about the external environment of the aging environment in the old community environment in Shenzhen,and the corresponding implementation mechanism to promote the establishment of the elderly livable community.The paper consists of six chapters,which are divided into the following three parts:The first part is the statement of the question and describe the background and meaning of the study.At the same time,this paper summarizes the relevant research.This part is the first chapter.The second part begins to analyze the problem,including the study of the relevant theory,As well as the Investigation and analysis on the characteristics of the elderly group and the present situation of the external environment of Yuan Ling Community.To get conclusion about the demand of elderly people in the external environment of the community and the existing problems of environment in YuanLing Community.This part of the content is the second,three,four chapters;The last part is based on the second part of the study proposed Yuan Ling Community external environment suitable for aging transformation strategy and optimization design,and put forward the conclusion part of this article.To reflect on the problems in the study and outlook.The content of this part is the fifth chapters,sixth chapters and conclusion. |
