| Machine tool industry is the "mother machine" industry and one of the most important strategic industries.It is highly valued in the industrial developed countries.Since 2015,the state has comprehensively promoted the implementation of the manufacturing power strategy,and identified 10 strategic tasks and priorities.Ten key areas,including high-grade CNC machine tools and robots,have become strategic tasks.At the same time,we will speed up the in-depth integration of the new generation of information technology with the manufacturing sector,promote intelligent manufacturing,meet major technological and equipment needs for economic and social development and national defense development and strengthen industrial infrastructure.In the industry 4.0 era characterized by intelligent production,sophisticated and intelligent systems are widely used in production,and the production mode of the machinery manufacturing industry has undergone a brand new reform,which also puts forward higher requirements for skilled talents.As a local backbone enterprise in machine tool industry,the training system for skilled personnel of company C is not very perfect,and the training effect evaluation is not in place,especially the new generation of skilled personnel,as a representative of them,have problems such as lack of professional quality,lack of compressive capacity,etc.,which to a certain extent affect the improvement of product quality and normal work of the enterprise.Therefore,how to improve the professional skills of skilled personnel,further improve product quality and reduce product repair rate by optimizing the staff training system is the key work of human resource management in company C.Based on the skilled talents,this study focuses on the current situation and existing problems of skilled talents,especially new generation of skilled personnel training,optimizes the design of C company’s skilled personnel training system,and puts forward relevant safeguard measures.It is expected to provide reference and Enlightenment for the management of skilled talents in company C. |
