| With the development of economy.China has entered the "new timing".It has been a high-speed development of the construction industry closely related to economic development.It has also entered the industry adjustment period.It has declined significantly compared with the previous years.The prev ious grow the model of scale.The efficiency of the extensive and disorderly management model can not meet the needs of the current economic and industry development.If Chinese construction enterprises want to develop continuously under the new normal economy,they must change the previous construction management mode.And it introduce the world’s advanced construction management theory,so as to adapt to the characteristics of large-scale,difficult.long period and complex structure in the modern construction projects.With the application of BIM technology,the development strategy,organizational structure,process,cost management and business performance of construction enterprises have all changed greatly.This technology has been tested in the large-scale constructions in China.Such as water cube and Shanghai international financial center have achieved obvious effects in shortening project duration and saving project cost.But,according to the survey,BIM technology in the domestic construction enterprises still has many problems in the process.The main performance in the information consciousness,this article is based on the above reasons,hope that through the application of BIM technology in construction management research,find out the BIM technology in construction management of the key success factors,the original technical improvement strategies are put forward.In this study,the subject application of BIM technology in construction management runs through the whole paper.The application of BIM technology in construction management is studied and analyzed from multiple perspectives through literature research,qualitative research,quantitative research,case study and expert consultation.The following contents are mainly studied.The first,the main body of this study is clarified and deepened through summarizing and refining domestic and foreign literatures.The second is to provide theoretical support for the study of this paper through the elaboration of the concepts and theories involved.Third,through the comparison between BIM technology and traditional construction management technology.the advantages of BIM technology in construction management are clarified,which provides a practical need for this study.Fourth,by analyzing the actual application of BIM technology in construction cost、schedule、quality and construction safety management,as well as in actual cases,this paper provides reference for the application of BIM technology in construction management.By analyzing the application of BIM technology in construction management,the following research results are obtained:(1)This paper examines the application of BIM technology progress,quality and cost control and management through experiments,and summarizes the advantages of BIM technology over traditional project process management.(2)BIM technology makes use of efficient data control,lifelike resource planning and multi-dimensional cost comparative analysis,which improves the accuracy of engineering quantity calculation and engineering cost analysis ability.Combined with BIM technology and auxiliary technology,it can realize more refined cost management. |
