Study On The Application Of BIM-5D In The Process Of Construction Management

As a new thing in the construction industry,BIM technology has been introduced to China for more than ten years.With the development of information and digitalization of China’s construction industry,BIM technology is no longer a simple integration of digital information,but a new application and a new management concept based on 3D model digital information integration.With the gradual deepening of BIM application,traditional architecture of the construction industry is bound to be broken,BIM technology will be replaced as a powerful management tool in emerging technologies.In the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" and the Nineteenth National Report,emphasis was placed on the application of BIM technology in the construction industry,Construction companies also gradually came into contact with the technology and achieved good results.BIM-5D is a new technology derived from the development of BIM technology,this article mainly studies the application of BIM-5D technology in project construction management process.Firstly,the status quo of the application of BIM-5D technology at home and abroad was reviewed by consulting relevant domestic and foreign data.Secondly,elaborated the definition and advantages of BIM-5D,compared the related software and introduced the hardware environment.Finally,the dynamic management process of progress cost in the construction process and the new model of safety management in construction site are described in detail.Through the application of the Guangxi Yong ning Water Control Project and the Wanda Convention and Exhibition Center in India,the application of BIM-5D technology has demonstrated the benefits and value of construction companies and the entire industry.BIM-5D technology has greatly improved the construction information level and enterprise management level in the construction process,improved the work efficiency and accuracy of the relevant management personnel in the construction process,and laid the foundation for the fine management of the BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the project.Although the application of BIM technology developed in our country for a period of time,it is still in its infancy,there are many problems in the process of practical engineering application...
