Application And Research Of Three-in-one Management System In Construction Enterprises

With the rapid development of global economic integration,the improvement of the maturity of the construction market and the perfection of the bidding system,the economic situation has determined that enterprises can only achieve sustainable development through improving scientific management methods.Construction enterprises have successively established and implemented a management system for quality,environment,and occupational health and safety(called as the three-in-one management system),which contains four standards,including ISO 9001:2015,GB/T50430-2017,ISO 14001:2015,and ISO45001:2018,respectively Integrated management system.This article firstly introduces the basic theory of three-in-one management system,introduces the basic content of three-in-one management system and three-in-one management system,and summarizes the feasibility and necessity of the integration project of three-in-one management system for construction enterprises in China.The present situation and problems of the three-in-one management system in construction enterprises are put forward to plan and implement the three-in-one management system in PDCA mode.Secondly,we use hierarchical analysis and Delphi method to collect and analyze evaluation indicators,construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of three-in-one management system,and "tangible and quantitative" the comprehensive evaluation of three-in-one management system.Finally,the project of constructing,implementing and evaluating the three-in-one management system of QT company is selected as an example,which proves the conformity and effectiveness of the three-in-one management system project of construction enterprises established in this article.This article proposes a scientific quantitative setting method for the evaluation index of the three-in-one management system of construction enterprises,and builds a three-in-one management system evaluation index system through Delphi method and AHP,and forms a three-in-one scientific management system evaluation indicators.At the same time,this article puts forward the ideas,modes,methods,planning and operation plans for the construction company to implement and implement the new three-in-one management system,and provides the construction,planning,operation,implementation and evaluation of the new version of the three-in-one management body of the construction enterprise.
