Nowdays,as people enter the information age,the traditional extensive management mode in the construction industry has obviously been unable to adapt to the new requirements and the needs of fine management.Various engineering materials,Drawings,etc.,these information are generally in a state of separate management,which makes it difficult to update and save data.Data management personnel must deal with various data every day,and they cannot provide them in time when they are specifically used.The development of BIM technology It provides a new platform for data management and making it possible for efficient construction data information management.First,point out the current status of my country's construction data management and BIM technology research and the application status of BIM technology in project data management through literature review,point out the importance of construction project data management and the main problems existing in current data management,combining the advantages of BIM technology from Demonstration of the applicability and requirements of BIM technology in construction data management at the stages of design,construction,and maintenance.With the help of the advantages of BIM technology,combined with traditional construction data management theories,the management model can be better developed in the direction of refinement.Then,this article builds a BIM-based construction material information management model framework.There are three levels from top to bottom:data layer,core application layer,and expandable layer.The core application layer includes material document management,schedule cost management,and quality.The implementation process of application modules such as safety management,and proposes to integrate various module subsystems through computer technology.Each participant enters the management model at the user level through WEB 3D technology,and selects different applications through various construction data provided by the database.Finally achieve the corresponding target management.Finally,by combining a practical case,this article summarizes the relevant application results from the aspects of material document management,schedule cost management,quality and safety management,etc.,and demonstrates that the application of BIM technology improves the efficiency of engineering construction data management,and demonstrates that BIM is reducing Certain results have been achieved in terms of project cost,shortened construction period,improved project quality,and safety and environmental protection management,but there are still corresponding problems,which need to be improved in practical applications in the future.The research shows that the construction data management system based on BIM technology can realize all-element management in the entire life cycle of the project,which has practical significance for changing the extensive production methods of the construction industry and improving the management efficiency of each project target...
