Research On The Application And Evaluation Of BIM Technology In The Project Construction Management

In recent years,with the development of the economy entering the "new normal" period,the general rise of the domestic construction industry has tended to be flat and entered the age of inventory competition.In particular,the number of new construction projects in the construction industry has decreased and the construction area has been reduced since 2014.Under such circumstances,the construction companies' survival is extremely difficult.In particular,the competitive pressure on construction companies becomes increasingly greater.In addition,due to the fine management and cooperative management of some small and medium-sized construction units in the country are still very basic,the construction of building projects is also singleness,large scale,long cycle,and easily influenced by outer factors.Traditional construction project management is difficult to adapt to the survival and development needs of these construction units,thus it is necessary to use new theories,methods,and means to assist project management.Firstly,through literature research,this paper analyzes the current situation of research and application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)at home and abroad.Based on the discussion of BIM's origins,concepts,features,and advantages,it analyzes the main factors which restrict the application of BIM in China.From the perspective of the corporations and governments,the development proposal is given;in combination with the traditional project management model of the construction companies,a project management system for construction companies based on BIM is established;the maturity evaluation model of the BIM technology during the construction phase of the project is built.Taking the application of BIM technology in the construction of medical science and technology complex building of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University as an example,the application of BIM technology in the early stage of construction,such as plane management,schedule control,quality control,and cost management,was specifically introduced.The degree model is judged by the maturity of the application of BIM technology in Xi'an Medical College,and the shortcomings of the application of BIM technology is analyzed in this project based on the evaluation results and recommendations are given,which provides a reference for construction companies improving the application capabilities of BIM technology.The content of the paper's research is devoted to solving some problems in the process of project construction management.It is of great significance to project management and construction guidance in the construction phase.It is hoped that the findings of this paper can effectively improve the productivity and competitiveness of the construction units.At the same time,it provides a reference for the promotion of BIM technology in the construction units and its application in the construction phase.
