Research On The Impact Of Technological Innovation On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Henan Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Equipment manufacturing industry can promote the development of national economy,and is the most critical industry.It can not only promote the normal economy of our country,but also promote the industrial competitiveness of manufacturing industry.With the continuous development of industry,equipment manufacturing industry has become an important indicator of national competitiveness.However,the product structure of China's equipment manufacturing industry mostly presents a general,medium and low-grade type,which leads to large but not strong industries,and the lack of independent innovation and other issues are becoming increasingly prominent.The transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry is urgent.Especially for Henan Province,as a large central province,equipment manufacturing industry plays a decisive role in promoting high-speed economic growth,narrowing the gap with advanced regions,and absorbing labor employment.Therefore,based on the current situation of equipment manufacturing industry,this paper explores the impact of technological innovation in the process of transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the literature of technology innovation theory and industry transformation and upgrading theory,this paper summarizes the existing research results of equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading;secondly,according to the current development status of equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading in China,summarizes the role of technology innovation in equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading;and then,determines the influence of Technology innovation factors on equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.From three aspects of technological innovation,i.e.innovation management,innovation input and innovation service,this paper puts forward 14 technological innovation factors,explores the relationship between these factors and the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry,puts forward 14 research hypotheses,and then uses SPSS 22.0 for data analysis,including descriptive statistics,data quality test and regression analysis test.Combining with the development data of equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province and using the method of grey relational analysis,this paper analyses the correlation between these 14 technological innovation factors and the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province,and puts forward some policy suggestions to help the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province.The results show that selecting the influencing factors of technological innovation from three perspectives of innovation management,innovation input and innovation service can analyze the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry more comprehensively.The 14 technological innovation factors selected in this paper have a positive impact on the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.At the same time,according to the data of equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province,it can be seen that staff quality,the establishment of R&D institutions and R&D investment are the most important three aspects to promote the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province...
