At present,China’s economic development has entered a new normal stage of shifting growth speed and painful structural adjustment.As the pillar industry of national economy,the development of construction industry is affected by the economic environment,which is reflected in the decline of GDP growth rate,which brings external pressure to the development of construction industry,which leads to the gradual decline of the growth rate of added value of construction industry,and the construction industry can no longer follow the new normal stage Capital investment promotes the expansion of production factors and production scale to promote development.On the other hand,China puts forward high-quality requirements for the development of construction industry,which is manifested in transforming the extensive growth mode with high input and high energy consumption as driving factors,accelerating the integration of information technology and advanced manufacturing technology with traditional construction industry,comprehensively improving the level of building energy conservation and emission reduction,and realizing the sustainable development of construction industry.In order to continue to be the pillar industry to promote the development of national economy,the construction industry must carry out self innovation,transformation and upgrading.Through the analysis of the existing literature of the development of the construction industry,the research results show that technological innovation is the key driving force to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Therefore,from the perspective of technological innovation,it is worth further study to explore the factors that influence the transformation and upgrading of construction industry,which factors will affect,and how effective they are.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies the influencing factors and performance of transformation and upgrading of construction industry from the perspective of technological innovation.This paper first defines the concepts of technology innovation and construction industry transformation and upgrading,and combs the domestic and international research literature on technology innovation,construction transformation and upgrading,technology innovation and construction industry development;secondly,from the perspective of technological innovation,the paper analyzes the influencing factors and performance indicators of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and constructs four factors,including It includes the external environment of technological innovation and development,government policy orientation,technological innovation input,technology innovation management,and the indicators of transformation and upgrading effect of construction industry,namely,the level of effective utilization of resources,the level of technological upgrading output,the ability of sustainable profitability and the ability of sustainable development.At the same time,16 research hypotheses are made between the influencing factors of transformation and upgrading and the performance of transformation and upgrading.On the basis of the research hypothesis,the hypothesis model of structural equation is further constructed.The exogenous potential variable is the influencing factor,and 17 observation variables are observed;the endogenous potential variable is the transformation and upgrading effect,and the observation variables are16.The questionnaire was distributed and collected from 17 items in four dimensions of influencing factors of transformation and upgrading,and 16 questions of transformation and upgrading effect were collected.The quality analysis of the data collected by spss26 was carried out.Finally,the sample data is introduced into the structural equation model,and the model is fitted and modified by amos23,and the influencing factors of construction industry transformation and upgrading are gradually verified.The empirical results show that:(1)in terms of the effective utilization level of cons truction industry transformation and upgrading resources,the external environment of tec hnological innovation development,government policy guidance and technological innova tion management have significant positive effects on it,and the correlation significant co efficients are 0.375,0.258 and 0.234 respectively;(2)in terms of the output level of cons truction industry transformation and upgrading technological innovation,the external envi ronment of technological innovation development,government policy guidance and techn ological innovation management have significant positive effects on it Technological inno vation investment has a significant positive impact on it,and the correlation coefficient is0.301,0.466 and 0.178 respectively;(3)in terms of sustainable profitability of constructi on industry transformation and upgrading,government policy orientation and technologica l innovation investment have a significant positive impact on it,and the correlation coeffi cient is 0.264 and 0.471 respectively;(4)in terms of sustainable development of construc tion industry transformation and upgrading,government policy orientation and technologi cal innovation investment have a significant positive impact on it The new management has a significant positive impact on it,and the correlation coefficient is 0.307 and 0.474 respectively.Finally,according to the empirical results,the paper puts forward relevant c ountermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry from four aspects: the level of effective utilization of resources,the output level of technological innovation,sustainable profits and sustainable development.
