| With the transformation and upgrading of building industry,prefabricated construction has been widely advocated and developed because of its low energy consumption,low pollution,low labor cost.Characteristics of assembling and modularization of prefabricated building make it possible for the specialized and industrial development of building industry.Prefabricated components supplier which is not included in the traditional construction industry get developed during prefabricated construction industry development upsurge.However,China is in the early stage of development of prefabricated building industry.Comprehensive level of prefabricated component suppliers are uneven.How to select reliable component suppliers for purchasers and how to develop prefabricated component suppliers continuously and effectively has become a prominent contradiction in the development of prefabricated building industry,so it is of great significance to evaluate the comprehensive level of prefab component suppliers.Based on the whole operation process of prefabricated component supplier corporation,this paper analyzes the various factors influencing the comprehensive level,which refers to related literature and existed research results and combines with prefabricated construction related standards,specifications and related industry development reports.Coupled with experts’ opinions and suggestions,eventually a scientific and effective evaluation index system of comprehensive level of prefabricated components supplier comes into form.Moreover,the definition of each index in the index system is explained in detail.Then aiming at the multi-attribute decision problem of component supplier level evaluation,AHP-entropy weight method is matched as evaluation method,and Matlab software is used to calculate weight and assign corresponding weight to each index based on the evaluation data deriving from expert opinions,and the membership matrix is obtained.On this basis,taking typical component supplier enterprise as analysis case,the qualitative evaluation index comment set is formed through expert opinions,and the quantitative evaluation index comment set is formed through research data.Finally,by combining with the membership degree matrix and index evaluation set,the fuzzy mathematics theory is used to conduct a hierarchical comprehensive evaluation on the comprehensive level of prefabricated components supplier and obtain the comprehensive evaluation level results combined with the analysis of case study.This paper shows thatevaluation index system of comprehensive level of prefabricated components supplier based on historical document method and expert interview method can reflect the factors affecting the comprehensive level roundly.And evaluation method that combines the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method can construct the evaluation model combining subjectivity and objectivity.Comprehensive evaluation result based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics can reflect development situation of components supplierin all aspects.And results of comprehensive level can not only provide purchaser component supplier selection decision-making reference,but also provide thorough understanding of their own enterprise for component supplier.Thispapercontributes topromoting the development of prefabricated component suppliers in terms of quality,cost,capacity,and service,promoting the development of prefabricated construction industry well and quickly. |
