Since the "13th Five-Year Plan",the Ministry of Education and the National Development and Reform Commission have increased their support to about 100 general undergraduate universities in the central and western regions,and officially launched the "Basic Capacity Construction Project of Universities in the Central and Western Regions(Phase II)".By improving the educational infrastructure,strengthening the construction of teachers,further promoting the reform of education and teaching,and building first-class universities with distinctive characteristics.Through the construction of "hardware" infrastructure to support "software" education and teaching further deepening reform.Therefore,with the increasing support of the state for the construction of colleges and universities,the construction and development of colleges and universities at the same time,its management system is not perfect,the lack of technical strength,cost management out of control and other aspects of the problems are highlighted.Under the condition of limited funds,how to identify the risk factors affecting the project cost,establish the university construction project cost risk evaluation system,and take the corresponding control measures to correct the deviation,is the problem that each university must face.This paper takes AS university Complex Building as the research object,through the empirical analysis,in order to discuss and study the above problems.The main contents are as follows:First of all,by reading relevant literature and combining the actual situation of AS college Complex Building,combining literature analysis and case analysis,four risk stages and 36 risk factors affecting the project cost are preliminarily identified.Secondly,Delphi method and principal component analysis method are adopted to optimize and adjust the risk factors affecting the project cost combined with expert opinions,and finally determine four risk stages and 10 risk evaluation factors.Then,on the basis of expert scoring,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight value of each risk stage and risk factor of the AS college complex building,and the risk stage and risk factor are sorted according to the weight value from large to small.Finally,according to the results of risk evaluation,combined with the actual engineering cases,put forward the risk stage of college construction engineering and risk factors control measures.Based on the construction project cost risk in colleges and universities AS the research background,through to the colleges and universities AS an empirical analysis of the Complex Building project cost risk control,using qualitative and quantitative method of combining the process evaluation data,put forward the construction project cost risk control path of ascension,not only enriches the theoretical system of construction project cost risk control in colleges and universities.Moreover,it can be used as a reference for other universities to control the cost risk of construction projects.
