| Due to the long-term existence of the urban-rural dual system in China,the gap between urban and rural development is too large,and the problems of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" have become the weak board in the national social development,but also the stumbling block on the road of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In recent years,the national government has gradually increased the emphasis on the development of rural areas,and the "implementation of rural revitalization strategy" was clearly proposed in the report of the Party’s "19th National Congress".At that time,rural revitalization has become the focus of attention and research from all walks of life.In 2018,The State Council issued the Rural Revitalization Strategy for the period 2018-2020,which divided villages into four categories:cluster upgrading,integration of urban and suburban areas,protection of special features,and relocation and withdrawal,and proposed to promote rural development in different categories.Agglomeration villages account for the majority of rural types in China,and there are problems such as backward infrastructure,poor village style and slow industrial development.How to scientifically and rationally construct the village of agglomeration and promotion has become more urgent.Aiming at exploring the planning of agglomeration upgrading,combined with the rural revitalization strategy,this paper studies the development characteristics of agglomeration upgrading villages,and points out that agglomeration upgrading villages have the characteristics of poor location and transportation conditions,low quality of living environment,general village landscape,agriculture and forestry industry and high degree of central agglomeration.Moreover,the development trend of living environment is improving continuously,the integration of the three industries is slow,and the resident population is continuously decreasing.According to the village form,the villages of agglomeration and upgrading are divided into community development type and preservation and upgrading type.Then,the paper analyzes the endogenous driving force and exogenous factors of agglomeration and promotion type villages,and puts forward the multi-angle and all-round planning strategies from the endogenous factors of village development,such as building the foundation of human settlement environment,grasping the context of industrial development,stabilizing the ecological source of villages,and shaping the soul of rural culture.Based on the above research,taking Yueyao Village in Dengfeng City as an example,this paper analyzes the basic resource conditions and existing problems of Xiyueyao Village,and carries out planning and design of Yueyao village from four aspects:improvement of human settlement environment,industrial development planning,ecological environment construction and construction of local customs and civilization.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the study on spatial development strategies of rural agglomeration and promotion is of great significance to solving the problems of rural development.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the agglomeration and promotion villages are further divided into detailed categories and corresponding spatial development strategies are given to ensure the practical operation and application of rural revitalization. |
