Study On Village Planning Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy,which Is Dominated By Health Care Industry

The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been a problem that the party and the country attaches great importance to.For the first time in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy for rural rejuvenation was requested,and priority was given to agricultural and rural development.There is an important leading role in the development of the countryside.A good village planning is an important guarantee for the revitalization of the countryside.Along with the rapid development of our economy,people's demand for a better life is gradually increased,to raise class industry demand is increasing,at the same time in healthy Chinese strategy proposed to popularize healthy living,safeguarding the health of whole life cycle,so in this background based on the health industry as the breakthrough point,from the perspective of industrial revitalization of the analysis and research of village planning.Through consulting relevant documents and collecting data,this paper combs the research trends of rural revitalization and rural health care at home and abroad,summarizes and extracts the domestic and foreign research experience,and explores the village planning method under the leadership of the health care industry.The relationship between health industry and rural revitalization is further analyzed,and it is concluded that health industry and rural revitalization are mutually relationship,the development of health care industry can bring new development opportunities for villages lacking characteristics but with a good ecological environment,and promote the development of rural industry.By means of field investigation,visits and questionnaires,the present situation and problems of rural health-care industry in Wudu district are analyzed deeply.It is found that although Wudu district has a good environment for the development of health-care industry,the village industrialization level is low,the infrastructure is not perfect,and the living environment is prominent due to the lack of systematic planning and the loss of human resources.In order to deal with this kind of problems,this paper puts forward the village planning principles,planning contents and planning strategies which are dominated by the health care industry.Finally,this strategy is applied to the planning practice of Chiba Village,Wudu District,Longnan City,Gansu Province,and advanced in the later stage of planning implementation Research again for planning feedback,summary and reflection.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to play a reference role for the research of rural rehabilitation and similar village planning.
