Based On The Vegetable Characteristic Industry,the Rural Comprehensive Planning Of Baiyi Village

At present,with the strong investment support of the state,rural hydropower network and other infrastructure has been gradually improved,which has laid the basic conditions for activating rural economic vitality and provided more development opportunities for the countryside.At present,the main problem of rural development is how to mobilize rural resources,empower rural industries,and build a livable rural environment for farmers.As an innovative rural industrial development mode,pastoral complex has experienced several rounds of application and evaluation of production practices.Although there are some drawbacks,its development concept is still suitable for the future development trend of rural areas.It is one of the effective schemes to activate rural resources,promote multi-dimensional development of rural areas and change the appearance of rural decay.Based on the above considerations,this paper puts forward the idea of focusing on industry and realizing the integrated development of industry and space,and explores the planning and design strategy and scheme of pastoral complex through the following steps.First of all,through reading relevant domestic and foreign literature,I have a deep understanding of the concept and characteristics of the pastoral complex mode.Then,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign classic cases,I summarize the advantages and references of each case,which provides a lot of inspiration for the subsequent case practice,and propose the planning and construction methods of the pastoral complex from the perspectives of industry,transportation,landscape and other aspects.Secondly,after in-depth investigation of the actual situation of Baiyi village,an all-round analysis of its geographical location,transportation,human economy,topography,natural climate and industrial status quo was conducted,and the basic conditions and industrial advantages of Baiyi for the development of pastoral complex were sorted out.Then,specific planning schemes are proposed in terms of overall spatial planning and layout,industrial system,road system,landscape system,recreation system and public service system of Baiyi pastoral complex.The innovation point of this paper is to control the healthy development direction of the pastoral complex from the source,make industrial and spatial planning and layout according to local conditions,and fully consider the rationality between space and industry;In addition,it fully combines the current market demand for rural cultural tourism,and on the basis of developing core industries,it increases the competitiveness of rural cultural tourism by creating a rural space that gathers ecology,culture and leisure and choosing a more scientific and effective operation mode.Through practice and exploration,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Industry is the foundation of the development of pastoral complex.With vegetable characteristic industry as the foundation of industrial development,it is easy to realize the core industry to drive the development of other industries by integrating with rural diversified resources.(2)The planning and layout of rural space based on industrial development is more reasonable and easy to form distinctive rural recreation space.(3)Whether it is industrial development or spatial planning,the selection of scientific and effective operation mode for the pastoral complex project is more valuable in the overall planning process and subsequent implementation process.Baiyi Garden Complex adopts PPP mode of cooperation between government and social capital,which guarantees the sustainable development of garden complex project.
