In the enterprise human resource management,problems such as employee promotion,rewards and punishments,and separation are often encountered.With the continuous advancement of the intelligent economy era,enterprises must rely on accurate performance appraisal system in the face of the above problems,and the accurate performance appraisal system is also an important measure for enterprises to achieve effective management,which is in the human resources management of domestic and foreign enterprises.It has received much attention and attention.As the supervision industry of the construction category,the supervision enterprise provides a high-intelligence and paid technical consulting service of project management.The supervisors play a very important role in the success or failure of the supervision project and the establishment of corporate reputation and brand.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish an effective performance appraisal system and implement it effectively.This research takes YD International Engineering Management Consulting Co.,Ltd.as an example,and adopts research methods such as literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview research method to carry out research.Based on a brief introduction of the basic situation of the company,the performance evaluation plan,Performance evaluation indicators,performance evaluation methods,performance communication feedback,and application of performance evaluation results,etc.,introduces the current performance evaluation status of YD International Engineering Management Consulting Co.,Ltd.Based on the introduction of the status quo,a questionnaire is designed based on several dimensions of the status quo to understand employees' attitudes and views on the current performance evaluation of the company's employees.Based on the status quo introduction and questionnaire survey,According to the key 360 degree performance appraisal method,the performance indicator method and the balanced scorecard,etc.,YD International Engineering Management Consulting Co.,Ltd.has certain shortcomings in employee performance evaluation,including:unclear performance evaluation plan,imperfect performance evaluation indicators,single performance evaluation method,untimely performance evaluation communication,Performance appraisal results are not applied.Then,explore the underlying cause of the problem.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems and causes,combined with the interviews,the design of the performance appraisal scheme for the supervisors of YD International Engineering Management Consulting Co.,Ltd.was proposed.First,define the principles,objectives and ideas of the program design,and then design specific programs in terms of performance evaluation plan,performance evaluation indicators,performance evaluation methods,performance evaluation communication and feedback,and application of performance evaluation results.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal plan for the supervisors of YD International Engineering Management Consulting Co.,Ltd.
