The establishment of scientific and reasonable employee performance appraisal scheme can maximize the enthusiasm,loyalty and satisfaction of employees,thus promoting the significant growth of enterprise efficiency.As an important industry to promote national economic growth and social progress,building a reasonable and efficient performance appraisal scheme can effectively improve the core competitiveness of its enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Technical staff is an important force in the development of automobile industry.how to manage the performance of technical staff and improve the satisfaction and loyalty of technical staff to the company is the focus of attention in the industry.In this paper,after detailed analysis of Chery company’s existing performance evaluation indicators,content and methods,through the company’s different professional and technical level of staff,direct leadership and management personnel to conduct field interviews and questionnaire survey.The survey found that Chery enterprise internal different technical staff for enterprise performance appraisal system evaluation is not consistent.Through in-depth analysis and discussion,found that the enterprise performance appraisal index is unreasonable,the performance appraisal object is not comprehensive,the performance appraisal implementation link is unscientific and performance feedback link is mere formality and so on.The reason is that the performance plan before and after the formulation of internal staff and management personnel training,performance plan formulation without the participation of the staff of various departments,especially the lack of work difficult,long work cycle of technical staff.According to the work nature,cycle and the complexity of technology and knowledge of technical staff in Chery enterprise,aiming at the problems existing in performance management of Chery company,the performance evaluation index and evaluation standard are established for different types of technical staff in different departments,so as to ensure the pertinence,operability and scientificity of performance evaluation system of technical staff in Chery company.The research results are beneficial to enrich the theoretical research on performance management of technical staff,improve the satisfaction of technical staff and the performance management level of Chery company in practice,and also have certain reference significance for the performance management of other enterprises in the automobile industry. |
