The reasonable layout of primary and secondary schools can improve the accessibility of educational facilities and solve the problem that students’actual school distance is greater than the service radius,which is of great significance to the real realization of balanced layout of educational resources.At present,the planning and layout method of primary and secondary schools is centered on primary and secondary schools,and the linear service radius is rounded to determine the service scope of primary and secondary schools,but students’travel is not a straight distance,but relying on urban road traffic,the accessibility,convenience and safety of road traffic have a great impact on students’travel.The traditional layout method has the problem that the coverage of facilities and services can not meet the needs of primary and secondary school students,and the actual accessibility of the facilities is poor.Research methods:This paper intends to use spatial syntactic line segment model and line segment analysis method to study.In the syntactic software,the line Segment model is established,based on the variables of global integration and local selection,the suitable layout sections of primary and secondary schools are determined,and the overlapping analysis of suitable arrangement sections and land use planning in primary and secondary schools is worked out,and different syntactic schemes are evaluated by"actual distance analysis",and the selection of accessibility is good.High security,the actual distance to meet the requirements of the space placement point position,than the selection to determine the best syntactic scheme.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)in-depth investigation of the present situation of primary and secondary schools in Kunming Xishan District Central urban areas,syntactic analysis of the present situation of primary and secondary schools,and evaluation of the spatial accessibility of the current distribution point;(2)Predict the number of children of primary and secondary school age and determine the overall number of needs in primary and secondary schools;(3)Syntactic analysis,layout selection point,put forward and determine the best layout scheme;(4)The best layout scheme of syntax is compared with the current plan,and according to the comparison results,the layout adjustment and optimization strategy of primary and secondary schools in Kurnming Xishan District Central City are put forward.Research conclusions:(1)through the Xishan district of the syntactic application method of primary and secondary school layout,the spatial syntactic line segment model is used to analyze the global integration,local selection,actual distance,etc.,which verifies the feasibility of the practical application of spatial syntax theory and method in the location selection of primary and secondary schools.(2)The current situation of primary and secondary schools in the central urban area of Kunming Xishan District is poor,the number of primary and secondary schools shows a central concentration,gradually decreasing to the periphery,the number of primary and secondary schools in the periphery is seriously inadequate,and the layout problem.(3)The current planning and syntactic optimal scheme of the comparative study,found that there is consistency in the overall layout,but there is still a local optimization adjustment space.(4)The syntactic scheme proposed by the study optimizes the current layout planning of primary and secondary schools to a certain extent,and solves the problem that some regional schools existing in the current planning actually study distance is greater than service radius and distribution imbalance.Through the syntactic application method of Xishan District primary and secondary school layout,syntactic scheme can use quantitative evaluation index as the basis of layout,simulate the comparison of multi-scheme,reduce the waste of educational resources,be able to adjust and optimize the layout of primary and secondary schools,make up for the shortcomings in the current planning,improve the actual accessibility of primary and secondary schools,At the same time,it also has a certain practical guidance function to the location layout of primary and secondary schools in Kunming Central city.
