According to the 2017 national education development statistics bulletin,with the improvement of people’s quality of life,the net enrollment rate of primary school-age children in China has reached 99.91%,and the current demand for primary education has changed from "difficult to go to school" to "good to learn".While people yearn for a better life,the balanced demand for primary school education facilities is not only limited to the teaching quality,but also extends to the quality of the teaching environment.And Tao Xingzhi,a famous educator in China,once put forward the teaching idea of "life is education",which requires the high-quality construction of the environment in which the students live,so as to influence the students in daily life The growth of the mind has a positive impact.From the perspective of urban and rural planning,based on the current social demand for education,this paper takes primary schools in the main urban area of Tianjin as the research object to analyze the degree of agreement between the spatial layout of primary school education facilities and the demand for use from different spatial levels,reasonably allocate resources according to the contradiction between supply and demand,and explore the construction path of improving the degree of agreement of the spatial layout of primary school education facilities.First of all,learn from the relevant research,construction policies and the development and construction process of primary schools at home and abroad,to understand the current research progress of primary education facilities and the general situation of primary school development in Tianjin.Secondly,define and select the research area and object according to the different school construction period,different circle location relationship and the mixed use of land around the primary school;select the influencing factors from the relevant literature through word frequency analysis,and based on the above factors,through the relevant yearbook data and PSPL survey,the paper completed the analysis of the spatial status of primary school education facilities in the main urban area of Tianjin.Thirdly,based on the opinions of different occupations and people of different identities on the macro construction space,meso development space and micro improvement space use demand of primary school,it is necessary to clarify the use demand of primary school students,parents and people around the primary school for the campus and surrounding space,complete the screening statistics of Likert scale questions,revise the elements of literature extraction,and extract "service" from three spatial levels There are 24 evaluation indexes that affect the fitting degree of the spatial layout of primary school education facilities,such as the coverage rate of service area,the overlapping rate of service scope,the satisfaction of road space,the satisfaction of parking space,the allocation rate of crossing safety facilities,the satisfaction of campus cultural atmosphere,the satisfaction of educational design of activity space.Then using AHP,principal component analysis,subjective and objective combination to determine the weight of fitness evaluation index,so as to build a more reliable fitness evaluation index system,and then evaluate the fitness level of the spatial layout of primary school education facilities in the main urban area of Tianjin,and get the comprehensive score in the three-level standard range,and have insight into the primary school education facilities in the main urban area of Tianjin The spatial layout is in a general fit state.Finally,from the two levels of development strategies and measures,government led,multi sector cooperation and personal participation,the paper puts forward the construction path to improve the fit degree of spatial layout of primary education facilities. |
