| The development of urbanization in my country has brought good development opportunities for shopping malls,making them an indispensable part of urban space,and an important venue for residents’ shopping,entertainment,socializing,and leisure activities.The improvement of consumption,the change of consumption patterns,the contribution of economic prosperity,etc.play a vital role.However,in recent years,with the transformation of residents’ consumption patterns,my country’s existing shopping malls are facing the problems of over-development and urgent need for stock.The homogeneity of shopping malls has become more and more serious.The current trend requires active transformation and upgrading,focusing on the design and interior space of shopping malls.Shaping,prompting shopping malls to show a diversified development trend.This article first analyzes the four components of shopping mall spatial layout through detailed research on the basic content of shopping malls and space syntax,and discusses the superiority of spatial syntax research on the spatial layout of shopping malls.Secondly,a preliminary survey was conducted on shopping centers in downtown Hefei,and the shopping centers were classified by the spatial layout component of the form of spatial combination,and Wanda Plaza(Swan Lake Store),China Resources Vientiane City,and Wanda Plaza(Swan Lake Store)The three typical shopping malls of Guogou Plaza.Afterwards,field surveys were conducted on three typical shopping malls,based on the four components of the shopping mall spatial layout,consumer surveys were conducted,consumer shopping behaviors were observed,and the current characteristics of the spatial layout were summarized.On this basis,based on the spatial syntax theory Analyze the control degree,accessibility,visibility and intelligibility of the spatial layout of Wanda Plaza(Swan Lake Store),China Resources Vientiane City and Guogou Plaza by using the visual field analysis method,and summarize the three represented by the three.The advantages and disadvantages of this kind of shopping center spatial layout.Finally,it summarized the optimization principles of the shopping mall spatial layout,based on the questionnaire content and spatial syntactic analysis,the targeted optimization strategy of the shopping mall spatial layout was obtained,and the optimization design of the Guogou Plaza was carried out.This article uses a combination of consumer survey questionnaires and space syntax to analyze the four components of the shopping mall spatial layout perceptually and rationally,to optimize the spatial layout of existing shopping malls and the design of new shopping malls to a certain extent.Provide scientific guidance and help.The quantitative indicators of space syntax correspond to the four components of the shopping mall’s spatial layout,and the optimization and design of the shopping mall’s spatial layout are guided by quantitative and visual analysis.Figure[73] Table[44] Reference[47]... |
