Research On Supplier Evaluation System Of Automobile Equipment Manufacturing Project

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the automobile equipment manufacturing industry has entered a stable period of development.As the basis of automobile production,automobile equipment manufacturing industry has great influence on automobile quality and production efficiency.Automotive equipment manufacturing project is an important part of the automotive industry.At present,China's automotive equipment manufacturing project adopts the supplier service model,which can increase the competitive advantage of enterprises and expand market share.With the transformation and upgrading of China's automobile industry,suppliers play an increasingly important role in automobile equipment manufacturing projects.Under the increasingly fierce competition in the current industry environment,enterprises can reduce project risks and maintain competitive advantage by strengthening the management of suppliers.In the management of suppliers,it is an important content to establish a scientific supplier evaluation system.But at present,the supplier evaluation system of automobile equipment manufacturing project in China lacks scientific standards,which brings great risks to the project.This paper takes the supplier of automobile equipment manufacturing project as the research object.Firstly,the related literature of supplier evaluation system is sorted out and summarized.Then,the concept and classification of suppliers,the principle and process of supplier selection and evaluation methods of supplier selection are analyzed and elaborated respectively.Starting from the actual situation of China's automobile equipment manufacturing projects,the problems encountered in the supplier evaluation system of automobile equipment manufacturing projects are summarized.Finally,according to the characteristics of automobile equipment industry,an evaluation index system for suppliers of automobile equipment manufacturing projects is constructed,which includes seven first-level indicators such as quality,price,technical ability,delivery ability,financial status,social influence,service level,and 19 second-level indicators such as reliability,product price and service attitude.Expert scoring method is used to empower the indicators.Analytichierarchy process is used to determine the weights of primary and secondary indicators,and consistency test is carried out.The newly constructed supplier evaluation index system of automobile equipment manufacturing project has strong practicability and close connection between theory and practice,which provides a feasible method for supplier evaluation of automobile equipment manufacturing project.The choice of suppliers to enterprises is not only related to their own brand maintenance,but also plays a great role in the future business development of enterprises.Supplier evaluation system is established on the basis of analyzing the current situation of enterprises and suppliers,so it has certain reference significance for similar enterprises.At the same time,it is hoped that the analysis and research of this paper can also provide some theoretical and practical references for the relevant enterprises in selecting suppliers.
